The Brandywine varsity soccer team suffered a 3-0 loss Wednesday night at South Haven in non-conference play.
The Bobcats have fallen on hard times lately as injuries to key players Emily Whitney and Amanda Hancock have thinned the roster.
Brandywine co-coach Jim McNamara, however, is optimistic about where his team is headed.
Due to problems with bleachers at Brandywne's football stadium, the soccer team has not been able to host any games this season.
Another non-conference game tonight, however, has been changed from an away game to a home game against Granger Christian. The game will begin at 5 p.m. and Brandywine will honor the senior soccer players.
