Two juveniles allegedly spray painted profanities on the side of a house and also spray painted the back of a vehicle parked in the driveway.
An arrangement was made between the victim and the suspects' parents. Because of the young age of the two suspects, no prosecution will be sought at this time.
According to the police report, the car was parked in front of a known drug house.
Officers made contact with the vehicle's three passengers. One of the passengers, Jason Dean Lane, 30, of 17 S. 7th St. in Niles, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
Lane was transported to the Niles Police Department, where he was booked and lodged.
According to the police report, an unidentified customer entered the store and told the manager that there were two girls outside the store taking items from under their coats.
The manager reportedly confronted the girls, found about $15 worth of retail they had not paid for and ordered them come back into the store.
The juveniles were arrested for retail fraud and their parents were notified.
According to the police report, dispatch confirmed there was a warrant and the juvenile was arrested for a possession of marijuana warrant.
