Dowagiac OKs mutual aid agreement with Niles Fire

DOWAGIAC -- The City of Dowagiac Monday night authorized Mayor Donald D. Lyons and Fire Chief Harold Munson to execute a mutual aid agreement with the City of Niles and its Fire Chief Larry Lamb.
