Jr. High teams sweep

The Central Middle School seventh and eighth grade basketball teams ended their seasons on a high note Thursday.
The seventh grade Orange team defeated Brandywine, 32-20, while the Black team posted a 39-38 victory.
The eighth grade Orange team topped the Bobcats, 32-23, while the Black team posted a 34-29 win.
The seventh grade Orange team was led offensively by Robert Jirmnson's 14 points. Tanner Melvin finished with nine points and P.J. Wirick four.
The Black team got eight points from Dre Kiser and seven points from Andrew Cooper. Shaun Bruens finished with five points.
Terry Prowiznik led the eighth grade Orange squad with nine points. Troy Stover and Reggie Fritz finished with seven and six points respectively.
Jamie Simpson paced the Black team with 11 points. Jake Cox had five points, while Chuck Merseareau and Juanico Brown each scored four points.
