Bobcats suffer lopsided loss

Farrid Coleman made six 3-pointers and scored 30 points to lead Coloma in a 61-40 rout of Brandywine in Tuesday night's Lakeland Conference basketball game.
Brandywine, which was led by Andy Low with 19 points, shot just 28 percent (16-of-57) from the floor and slipped to 1-5 overall, 0-3 in league play.
Coloma is now 4-2 on the year and 2-0 in the conference.
Bobby Edelberg also reached double figures for the Comets with 10 points.
Coloma beat Brandywine 71-32 in the junior varsity contest. Chris Casey led the Bobcats with 15 points.
Brandywine is off Friday and travels to Eau Claire next Tuesday for a non-conference contest.
