The Buchanan varsity wrestling team took first place at the White Pigeon Christmas Classic Saturday afternoon.
The Bucks finished the day with a perfect 5-0 record to edge the host Chiefs which finished 4-1.
Marcellus finished third at 3-2 while Parchment went 2-3, Lawrence went 1-4 and Climax-Scotts went 0-5.
Buchanan beat White Pigeon 62-18 in the first round, then went on to earn victories over Lawrence (69-9), Marcellus (56-48), Climax-Scotts (66-15) and Parchment.
In addition to their team victory, the Bucks brought home four individual championships.
Buchanan's David Medlin won the 130-pound weight class; Dan Toth won the 145-pound weight class; Kale Burks won the 171-pound weight class; and Jimmy Connors won the 189-pound weight class.
