Jr. High basketball teams swept by Lakeshore Lancers

The Central Middle School seventh and eighth grade basketball teams were swept by Lakeshore Monday.
The seventh grade Orange team dropped a 31-29 decision in overtime, while the Black team was defeated, 41-37.
The eighth grade Black team was defeated, 33-23, while the Orange team lost, 53-18.
Robert Jirmnson led the seventh grade Orange team with 10 points. Jason Bailey and Joe Miller scored five and three points respectively.
The Black team was led by Andrew Cooper's 11 points. Dre Kiser scored nine points with Shaun Bruens and Greg Nelson scoring six and five points.
Jamie Simpson had 12 points and five rebounds for the eighth grade Black squad. Mike Castillo had five points and Chuck Merseareau five rebounds.
The Orange team was led by Troy Stover's nine points. Reggie Fritz added five points.
