LMC easily defeats Aquinas JV

The Lake Michigan College men's basketball team rushed out to a 30-7 lead early in the game and cruised to a 94-57 win over the Aquinas College junior varsity Thursday night in Benton Harbor.
Former Niles standout Desmond Favors, Isley West and Aaron Hoddinott paced the Indians with 12 points apiece. Niles graduate Corey Thacker added 10 points and nine rebounds.
Cassopolis product Joe Alford scored nine points and pulled down seven rebounds. Anthony Curry, also from Cassopolis, scored 12 points and handed out three assists. Derrick Outlaw, another from Cassopolis, helped out with six points and seven rebounds.
LMC is now 3-3 on the season and returns to action Monday at Kalamazoo Valley Community College to take on the Olivet College junior varsity.
