Indians suffer two setbacks at Macomb

The Lake Michigan College men's basketball team suffered two losses this past weekend at Macomb Community College.
The Indians, now 2-3, dropped a 77-76 decision to Kirtland on Friday before falling 66-54 to Macomb on Saturday.
Niles graduate Corey Thacker led all scorers Friday night with 20 points for LMC. Desmond Favors, also from Niles, added 17 points and Adam Shepherdson helped out with 11.
Thacker registered a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Indians Saturday. He was the only LMC player in double figures.
The Indians return to action Thursday at home against the Aquinas junior varsity at 7 p.m.
