Joe Jason, President and Owner of WDOW-FM/AM Radio in Dowagiac has been selected to broadcast the MHSAA Football Finals from the Pontiac Silverdome for the second year in a row.
Jason will broadcast the two biggest games in Division 1 and 2 and at least two others.
Last year Jason broadcast 5 of the 8 games on the MHSAA Championship Network as well as the Decatur-Mendon Division 7 game on Q-92.
This year he will be joined in the booth by his longtime friend and broadcast partner for 20 years, Len Bigler, who partnered with Joe on last year's Decatur playoff games.
The MHSAA Football Finals can be heard on the Championship Radio Network across the State which includes WDOW-AM 1440/Fox Sports Radio, and live on the Internet at www.mlive.com on Nov. 28- 29.
Here is the schedule for the finals:
November 28
Session One – Division 8– 10 a.m.;
Division 2 — 1 p.m.
Session Two – Division 6 –5 p.m.;
Division 4 –8 p.m.
November 29
Session Three – Division 7 –10 a.m.;
Division 1 –1 p.m.
Session Four – Division 5 –5 p.m.;
Division 3 –8 p.m.
