Brandywine can’t snap Rangers’ perfect streak

The Brandywine varsity basketball team slipped to 4-4 overall and 2-2 in the Lakeland Conference with a 56-37 loss at Cassopolis Tuesday night.
The Lady Rangers are 9-0 overall and 5-0 in league play.
Jealyn Foston led all scorers with 15 points and Kelsey Gordon added 13 points. Cona Marshall also hit double digits with 10 points.
Kalie Newman paced the Bobcats with eight points. Emily Whitney added seven.
Brandywine hosts Coloma Thursday night in another Lakeland Conference game.
The Brandywine junior varsity basketball team beat Cassopolis 52-34 to improve to 5-2 overall and 4-0 in the league.
Heather Knuckles led the Bobcats with 12 points and Ashley Antus added 11. Rachel Batman and Kelli Zache scored 10 and nine, respectively.
