Bobcats overcome early goal to beat Coloma

The Brandywine varsity soccer team fell behind early before scoring five unanswered goals to beat Coloma 5-1 in Lakeland Conference play Monday evening.
Mike McCoy of Coloma scored an unassisted goal in the seventh minute of the game.
From then on, however, it was all Brandywine.
Andy Low tied the game with an assist from Matt Beaver in the 15th minute of play. Lucas Elrod then gave Brandywine a lead it never lost with an assist from Garrett Semrinec in the 27th minute. Before the end of the first half Low scored his second goal off another assist from Semrinec.
Low scored two more goals in the second half and Semrinec had one more assist.
Perry stopped five shots while Coloma goalkeepr James Marquardt had nine saves. Brandywine outshot the Comets 18-9.
The Bobcats host Lawton Wednesday at 7 p.m.
