Niles nets first win

The Niles varsity tennis team picked up its first victory of the season with a 5-3 non-conference decision over Constantine Monday afternoon.
The Vikings won two-of-four singles matches and three-of-four doubles matches.
In the singles competition, Niles' Annalee Nelson and Mallory Zeigert registered wins at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively.
The Niles No. 1 doubles team of Heather Dudka and Nicole Negron picked up a win as did the No. 3 doubles team of Jena Williams and Andrea Clabaugh and No. 4 doubles team of Katie Blaske and Nicole Weber.
Niles returns to action Wednesday at home against Brandywine.
