Layher’s eight 3s not enough

Ashlee Layher made eight 3-pointers but it still wasn't enough as the Buchanan basketball team dropped a 59-57 heartbreaker to Michigan Lutheran Thursday night.
The Bucks, now 1-1, got 33 points out of Layher. She also scored 22 points in the season-opener earlier this week.
Holly Tibbs contributed 12 points for Buchanan.
The Bucks return to action at home Tuesday against River Valley.
