Crouse joins SMC

Eileen Crouse of Cassopolis is the new executive director of community services at Southwestern Michigan College.
Crouse, a native of Chicago, is a graduate of Fox College of Oak Lawn, Ill., and has more than 18 years of sales, marketing and product development experience.
She has lived in the southwest Michigan area for the past 15 years.
Before joining the college, Crouse worked for Playing Mantis of Mishawaka, Ind., for six years and Heath/Zenith of Benton Harbor for five years.
According to President Dr. David M. Mathews, "Crouse brings with her a wealth of management and customer service experience. SMC is committed to being the college that serves our community and Eileen is the perfect person to enhance these services."
Both of Crouse's children, Dale and Anne, attended SMC. "My children's experiences at SMC made me aware that the college is a superior academic institution."
Anne transferred to Michigan State University and has since graduated with a bachelor of arts in communication. Dale is just starting the Ferris State University bachelor of science program in business administration at SMC.
