Summer in Niles chocked full of festivals, concerts and family fun

Niles area residents and visitors to the area can look forward to a full slate of events this summer, all centered around the city's Downtown area and Riverfront Park.
Concerts are scheduled at the Niles Riverfront Amphitheater each Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday night through the summer months.
Sundays in the Park
This year begins the third year of Sundays in the Park.
Musicians will perform from 6 to 8 p.m. on the following Sundays:
June 15 -- Kennedy's Kitchen (celtic/folk)
June 22 -- Luworm (electronic)
July 6 -- Steppin' In It (bluegrass/folk)
July 13 -- Lotus (ambient/funk)
July 20 -- Innerstate (rock) &Concrete Vibe (progressive rock)
July 27 -- The Rutabega (indie rock)
Aug 10 -- Groovatron (funk)
Aug 17 -- Niles' own Jake Cinninger
Wednesday Night Concerts
This year is the ninth for the Wednesday Night Concert series. Musicians perform from 7 to 8 p.m.

Thursday Night Live
This is the second year for Thursday Night Live.
Musicians perform from 7:30 to 10 p.m.
