In Dowagiac Little League major girls Primley's Crash defeated host Decatur's Encore Team 20-10.
Pitchers Brooke Means, Joanna Pickar, Alexandra Dean and Tasia Diaz combined their pitching efforts for eight strikeouts and allowed only two hits.
Defensively Emily Primley, Pickar, Sierra Starret, Haley Davis, Marissa Tidey and Megan Corey assisted in the field for five additional outs. Dean went 3-for-4 with two triples and a single, scoring two runs and two RBIs.
Diaz went 2-for-5 with singles, scoring four runs and one RBI. Katie Wood went 2-for-5 with one triple and a single, scoring two runs and five RBIs.
Means went 1-for-4 with a single, three runs and and RBI. Rebecca Mattix went 2-for-4 with two singles, scoring two runs and one RBI. Davis and Tidey each had 2 RBIs.

Brittany Gnatz pitched an inning, allowing two hits. She also doubled and walked twice.
Ashley Smith pitched two innings, allowing six hits. She also had two singles and a walk.
Caitlin Courtney, Jessica Miracle, Stephany Gross and Allie Hess each had two singles.
