Buchanan slipped to 5-15 overall and 2-8 in Lakeland Conference action with two losses to Coloma Tuesday afternoon.
The visiting Comets shut ou the Bucks 6-0 and 5-0 to improve to 12-3 and 5-3.
Brandon Godsey and Mark Dohn took the pitching losses for Buchanan which returns to action Saturday as it hosts its second tournament of the season.
