NILES -- A man was arrested in Niles Thursday on charges of allegedly selling marijuana.
Timothy Terres Gordon-White, 19, N. Ninth St., Niles, was arrested after the vehicle in which he was a passenger was pulled over by a police officer in the South parking lot of the Legus Shell Gas Station, the police report said.
The police report said the vehicle was initially pulled over because of an allegedly broken driver's side taillight and a cracked windshield.
When the officer asked Gordon-White, who was one of three people in the vehicle, to step out of the car, he placed his right hand into his right hand pocket, the police report said.
That drew the officer's attention to Gordon-White's pocket, the police report said.
The police report said when the officer took a closer look, he could allegedly see a clear plastic baggie with what he believed to be marijuana.
The officer then allegedly asked Gordon White to remove his hand from his pocket and step out of the car, the police report said.
The police report said Gordon-White was allegedly handcuffed as soon as he stepped out of the car.
The officer also found several other individually wrapped baggies allegedly containing marijuana, the police report said.
The police report said the officer also allegedly found $27 in one of Gordon-White's pants pockets.
The officer advised Gordon-White he was under arrest for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, the police report said
The police report said Gordon-White was transported to the Niles Police Department where he was booked and lodged with no bond.

The officer followed the vehicle and stopped it on Superior Street.
The officer performed a personalized breath test, that allegedly showed a reading of .122.
