The Dowagiac junior varsity baseball team earned yet another victory Thursday afternoon.
The Chieftains defeated visiting Kalamazoo Loy Norrix, 9-5.
Dowagiac is now 15-1 on the year.
Rob Duszynski helped the Chieftains on the mound and at the plate. Duszynski worked six innings, allowing three runs on two hits with six strikeouts.
At the plate, Duszynski was 4-for-4 with three RBIs. Jeromy Northrop went 3-for-5 with a triple, while David Stuppy drove in three runs and Scott Wilkinson drove in one run.
Dowagiac played only one game due to the weather.
