NILES -- Michigan State Police responded to an anonymous tip on Thursday about a wanted man located at a home on Kelems Court in Niles Township.
A press release from the State Police post in Niles issued on Sunday evening said police found the man and arrested him on two warrants from the Berrien County Sheriff's Department.
They said the name of the subject would not be released.
Troopers said a search of the man's pant pockets revealed a baggy containing four grams of powder cocaine.
Troopers then conducted a "consent search" of the residence and found about two pounds of marijuana and more than $8,000 in cash.
The press release said the cash was submitted for forfeiture and additional warrants are being sought on another resident of the home.
