Cass seeking state charges against Drake

The Cass County Prosecutor's Office will be pursing State charges against Terry Drake on behalf of the People of the State of Michigan.
To date, Mr. Drake has been charged by the Cass County Prosecutor's Office with six counts of aiding and abetting the receiving, concealing or transporting of a stolen firearm and one count of solicitation of criminal sexual conduct -- 3rd degree. These charges will likely be supplemented or amended pending the continuing investigation.
The Cass County Prosecutor's Office will be coordinating the State prosecution with Federal authorities and any Federal prosecution.
The Prosecutor's office consider this a joint effort between State and Federal authorities and will work diligently to create a just result in these matters.
The Cass County Prosecutor's Office extends a heart-felt thank you to all the law enforcement agencies that participated in this investigation and to the media for the extensive coverage resulting in the safe return of Lindsey Ryan.
