Flowers managing properties

As business development manager, Flowers is charged with increasing property management services by acquiring new owners, investors and tenants.
She can be reached at susanflowers534rent.net or (574)312-0527.
Clients who utilize Property Management Services, which is also known as 534RENT.net, own residential and commercial properties and need someone to manage their investment properties.
“It’s a sign of our times,” she said Tuesday.
Property Management Services understands the reasons you may have a property for rent, due to a vacant estate, you are moving out of the area or unable to sell the property.
Additionally, clients find they save money utilizing such services because vacancy times may be less.
The company has 11 full-time employees, making it one of the area’s most comprehensive, full-service property management companies, she said.
Services include: extensive advertising of properties; detailed screening of applicants; property inspections; collection of rent and coordinating all property activity; as well as performing repairs and maintenance.
“We have a wide network or tenants seeking housing and we keep an eye on your property when you cannot,” Flowers said.
Property Management Services, founded in 1989, manages more than 520 properties.
