Jordan Juday 20th at state finals

LANSING — Junior Jordan Juday of Dowagiac finished 20th at the Division 3 Boys Golf Finals held at Forest Akers East on the campus of Michigan State University over the weekend.

Juday shot  81 Friday and 79 Saturday to finish with a two-day total of 160.

Grand Rapids West Catholic’s Sam Weatherhead was the state champion with a score of 136.

Jackson Lumen Christ won the team title with a score of 596.

Division 2

BIG RAPIDS — Senior John Schrader finished 22nd at the Division 2 Boys Golf Finals held at Katke Golf Course on the campus of Ferris State University over the weekend.

Edwardsburg’s Dominic Razzano finished 25th.

Schrader shot 79 Friday and 83 Saturday to finish with a 162. Razzano shot 89 and 82 respective to finish at 171.

Nick Carlson of Hamilton was the state champion with a 139.

Bloomfield Hills Cranbrooks-Kingswood was the team champion with a score of 588.
