Michael Warren Jenkins, Jr., of Niles

Michael Warren Jenkins, Jr., of Niles, was born Thursday, July 10, 2014.

He fought to continue this life, but was never quite strong enough to survive. He passed the following day on Friday, July 11, 2014 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.

Michael was born to Michael Warren Jenkins, Sr. of Cassopolis and Casslynn Noel Betts of Niles. They will mourn him as will his maternal grandparents, Amy Glover and Cleavon Betts, both of Niles; paternal grandmother, Stephanie Dominiak of Cassopolis; maternal great grandparents John and Becky Glover of Niles; paternal great-grandparents, Nancy Russell of Niles and Shirley Wirick of Cassopolis.

Michael, Jr. was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Michael Baker.

Family and friends will gather Monday, July 14, 2014 from 10 to 11 a.m. in Connelly Chapel Wagner Family Funerals, 202 N. Broadway St., Cassopolis and will then proceed to Dailey Cemetery where Michael, Jr., will be laid to rest beside his grandfather, Michael Baker.
