Brandywine celebrating 50 years of graduates on Jan. 8

Last August, many Brandywine alumni joined together to celebrate 50 years of Bobcat graduates, since the first graduates were the Class of 1963.

On Jan. 8, all Brandywine alumni from the past 50 years are invited to come to the varsity basketball girls/boys doubleheader versus White Pigeon.

Brandywine is asking all Bobcat alumni to attend. Bobcat alums Josh Hood and Nate Knapp coach the two varsity basketball teams. Several other coaches and assistants are also Brandywine alums, and people will see second and even third generation Bobcats on the floor and in the stands that night.

The girls game tips off at 6 p.m., followed by the boys contest about 7:30 p.m..

Teachers Credit Union is also giving away a cash prize that night.

At one of the halftimes, a lucky winner will try a “Dash for Cash” on the court.
