Edwardsburg hosts Crop hunger walk

 

The Cass County Crop Hunger Walk will be Oct. 7 and will start and finish at the Presbyterian Church in Edwardsburg.

Many Edwardsburg churches, companies and organizations are participating. Registration begins at 1:30 p.m. and the walk is at 2 p.m.

This is the 25th annual Cass County Crop Hunger Walk, but the first time it has been held in Edwardsburg.

Twenty-five percent of all money raised will go to fight hunger in Cass County.

The rest will go to fight hunger worldwide. A portion of the local money will go to the Edwardsburg Emergency Fund.
