Henry Wayne Hawkins, 71, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away April 18, 2016. He was born Sept. 1, 1944, in Mark Tree, Arkansas to the late Myles and Helen Hawkins.

His parents; brother Roy; and grandson Todd Ashley Johnson, Jr. welcomed him with open arms.

He leaves behind to carry on his legacy of love, his wife Sandra Lee Diehl Hawkins of the home; sons Charles Hawkins and Michael Hawkins of Arkansas; daughter Faith Johnson (Todd) of Kansas; sisters Kathyrn Rosenthal (Ronald), Brenda Linteman (James) and Linda Haase (Charles) all of Niles; grandchildren Robert, Shelby, Allysandra, William, Emily, Keith, Scott, Ashley and Laura; great-grandchildren Hunter, Alexander and Easton.

Henry was a retired USAF Vietnam Veteran, PCSSD Shop Foreman and route supervisor, Volunteer Fire Chief for North Pulaski Volunteer Fire Dept., Captain for Mt. Springs Volunteer Fire Dept., certified EMT and Mechanic. He was the Scout Master for Troop 170 LRAFB and a member of the Cabot VFW He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, blackberry picking, woodworking and stonecutting Lapidary. Henry was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and the Green Bay Packers. Most of all Henry loved spending time with all of his family.
