The Beckwith Theatre will present Patrick Marber’s drama, “Closer,” May 20 through May 29.

The play will run May 20-22 and May 27-29. Show times are 7:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Four lives intertwine over the course of four and half years in this densely plotted, stinging look at modern love and betrayal. The characters meet, interact, and fall in and out of love (and bed) with each other; they struggle to find intimacy, but can’t seem to get closer.

This production contains adult language and explicit content. Audience discretion is advised.

Opening night wine selection will be provided by Lazy Ballerina Winery of St. Joseph.
