Junior Arts Club hosts first meeting of season April 6

The Junior Arts Club of Dowagiac will commence the 2016 season at noon on Wednesday, April 6. The luncheon meeting will be held at the Mathews Conference Center/West in the Library on the campus of Southwestern Michigan College, Cherry Grove Road, Dowagiac.

The program will be “Dowagiac’s Residential Architecture,” presented by David Bainbridge, senior curator of the Northern Indiana Historical Society.

The luncheon is $10 and will be a choice of ham or vegetable quiche and includes banana bread, fruit cup, and coffee, juice and water.

Members are reminded that new handbooks will be available and dues will be accepted. Please pay luncheon reservations and dues with separate checks.
