Charles Miller, 73, of Dowagiac, died Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016. A celebration of life service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, 2016, at Clark Chapel in Dowagiac. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. just prior to service.
