The Niles-Buchanan YMCA will host a Rise and Shine Community Breakfast featuring updates on state and regional news from U.S. Congressman Fred Upton and State Sen. John Proos.

The event is scheduled to take place from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 19 at the YMCA, which is located at 905 N. Front St. in Niles.

In addition, attendees will have an opportunity to learn about what is happening at the YMCA in 2016, network with community leaders and enjoy a light breakfast served by culinary students from Niles and Buchanan schools.

It is a join effort between the Four Flags Area Chamber of Commerce and the Buchanan Chamber of Commerce.
