Marjorie Brockway Houk, 85, formerly of Niles, died Dec. 11, 2015.

Marjorie was born to Otis and Gladys Brockway on Nov. 11, 1930, in Niles, Michigan.

Marjorie graduated from Niles high school in 1949 and in 1951 married Richard Houk of South Bend, Indiana. They lived in Niles, Michigan for 44 years until they moved to Bradenton, Florida in 1994. Marjorie was preceded in death by a son, Richard C. Houk in 1974 and a sister Barbara Mitchell in 1961.

Marjorie is survived by her husband, Richard Houk and one grandson Christopher Houk in Bradenton, Florida, three granddaughters and four great-grandchildren, a beloved daughter in law Phyllis Houk-Okun and two sisters, Marilyn Coquillard of Niles and Carol Berwanger of Northbrook, Illinois.
