Edward Butch Reynolds Jr.
Edward L. “Butch” “Pappy” Reynolds, Jr., 71, of Cassopolis, died peacefully Tuesday morning, Jan. 12, 2016, in his residence.
He was born July 9, 1944, in Hagerstown, Maryland. Butch married Donna Louise Rudd Feb. 14, 1992, in Clearwater, Florida. She preceded him in death in 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents; two daughters, Beverly Seals and Sherry Rock; one son, William Thomas Rudd; one great-granddaughter, Jolene Faith Rudd; one great- grandson, Isaac Rudd; and several sisters and brothers.
Butch had a lot of friends at Stone Lake Woods where he lived. He volunteered at Helping Hands in Cassopolis for several years. Butch enjoyed going to flea markets.
Pappy will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Pamela and Brian Waterson of Cassopolis; sixteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will observe a private remembrance.
