A woman is in custody following a drug raid at a Dowagiac home Thursday, according to a release from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.

According to authorities, the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team executed a search warrant at residence in the 300 block of E. Division Street that day, on suspicions that methamphetamine was being produced on the property. During the search, detectives discovered several one-pot methamphetamine labs inside the home, along with paraphernalia and items used to make the substance.

A 27-year-old female suspect was arrested by police following the search for possession of methamphetamine and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Additional charges are being sought for suspects not present at the property during the search.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
