The Dowagiac Police Department and the Cass County Sheriff’s Office are providing the Daily News with a list of people who they determine are the “most wanted” suspects and with information about their individual warrants for arrest. The list is designed to increase readers’ knowledge of an important public safety issue and to allow the public to assist police in tracking down these individuals.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of individuals wanted in Dowagiac is asked to contact the Dowagiac Police at (269) 782-9743 or leave an anonymous tip at 1-800-462-9328. Concerned citizens can also stop by the police department at 241 S. Front St. in Dowagiac. Anyone with information about individuals wanted in Cass County is asked to contact Cass Central Dispatch at (269) 445-1560, or leave an anonymous tip at 1-800-462-9328. Tips can be submitted electronically at tipssubmit.com or via text message at CRIMES (274637). Include the word “CASS” in the message.

Originally charged with assault and battery and disturbing the peace, Angela Marie Starrett turned herself in after appearing on last week’s Most Wanted, according to the Dowagiac Police Department.
