Edwardsburg tennis 9-2-2 after win at Niles

Visiting Edwardsburg tuned up for Saturday’s Wolverine Conference Tournament with a 5-3 win over Niles Wednesday.

Edwardsburg swept the singles flights with No.1 1 Brendon Handy leading the way.  The lone win in doubles for Edwardsburg came from Ke’Von Taylor and Dylan Layher over Jacob Ganus and Zayne Neumann 6-1 and 6-0.

Matt Lee and Derek Brown improved to 19-3 at No. 1 doubles for Niles, while Chad Barton and Ben Lovett were winners at No. 3 doubles.

Gavin Rasler and Devin Keumin were winners at No. 4 doubles for the Vikings.
