BUCHANAN — Host Buchanan swept the singles flights as it defeated Dowagiac 6-1 in non-conference tennis Monday.

The Chieftains’ lone victory came at No. 1 doubles where David Brogan and Mitch Warsko defeated Jaxon Rehmel and Mark McClaran 6-4 and 6-1.

The Bucks picked up a pair of three set victories at No. 2 and No. 3 singles.

Christian Orphanidis defeated Ethan Wagner 6-4, 4-6, 6-4, while Chris Wentworth defeated Colin Rafferty 6-3, 4-6 and 7-5.
