Daly scores lone goal in Niles loss

Visiting Portage Central scored two goals in each half to defeat Niles 4-1 in SMAC soccer Thursday.

Ian Daly scored the lone goal for the Vikings in the second half.
Niles trailed 2-0 at halftime.
“Niles had four very poor errors on Portage Centrals goals,” Niles coach Danny Rodts said. “Though Niles played very competitively against a quality team.”
