BARODA, Mich. — Round Barn will celebrate the upcoming fall season with the annual Harvest Party this weekend.

Running from 1 to 7 p.m. Aug. 22 and 23, the winery welcomes everyone to celebrate the business’s 23rd anniversary and the upcoming grape harvest.

Guests attending will have the opportunity to enjoy live music and dancing, hand-crafted wine, microbrews, mixed drinks and food.

Round Barn has created the event to be family friendly — with libations for those old enough, and fun games for the youngsters in the family. Children can take advantage of an inflatable slide and bounce house, and corn hole boards and bags will be available for all to play.

Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a messy harvest tradition — grape stomping.

Live music includes Mike Struwin and Rootsdown at 1 p.m. Saturday and Lady Sunshine and the X band at 4 p.m.

On Sunday, Dogpatch Ramblers will open at 1 p.m., and Slim Gypsy Baggage will perform at 4 p.m.

All events have a suggested $5 entry. Round Barn leaders encourage attendees to bring lawn chairs, but outside food and beverages will not be permitted.
