Tristyn James Smith, 7 months old passed away on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2015.

Tristyn was born on Jan. 13, 2015, in South Bend, Indiana. He is survived by his parents, Amy and Nathan Smith; siblings, Lillian, Hannah, Nathan, Jr., Joeseph, Megan, Madisyn and Landyn; maternal grandparents, Renee and Tim McCaffery; fraternal grandparents, Michael and Debbie Smith; aunts, Kelly (John) Lafleur and Cori (Josh) Brummett and uncles, Killian Doyle and Michael Cooper. He is welcomed to heaven by his grandfather Donald Cooper, Jr. and sister, Hope Smith.

The memorial service for Tristyn will be held at 6 pm on Friday, Aug. 21, 2015, at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan. Memorial visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 4-6 pm. Online condolences may be made at www.hovenfunerals.com
