Jeffrey Kasurow, 59, of Coloma passed away Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, at his home.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015, at 12:30 p.m. at Starks and Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Road, St. Joseph with Pastor Jim Whitman officiating. Friends may visit from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials contributions may be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Jeff was born April 8, 1956, in Pontiac, Michigan to Andrew and Donna (Speer) Kasurow. Shortly after he graduated from Pontiac Central High School he and some friends moved to Colorado to find work and enjoy the outdoors. Years later Jeff moved to Las Vegas where he was employed as a Manager at Home Depot then later was a security guard for many of the Las Vegas hotels and casinos. Jeff returned to Michigan where he worked in the Environmental Service department through Lakeland Regional Medical Center. One of Jeff’s favorite hobbies was old cars. He loved to restore, rebuild and read about them. Jeff was a high-spirited, outgoing man who will be missed by all.

Jeff is survived by his father, Andrew Kasurow; siblings, April (Dr. Douglas) Huggett of Berrien Springs and Susan (Clark) Wood of Norcross, Georgia; Nephew, Alex Wood; and niece, Emily Wood.

Jeff was preceded by his mother, Donna Kasurow.
