Mary Ellen Skripek, 84, of Finch Lake, passed away at 12:20 a.m., Thursday, July 9, 2015, at Wings of Hope Hospice Home in Allegan.

Surviving loved ones include two sisters, Barbara Ronayne, Eleanor Lupien, both of Arkansas, her lifetime friend, Joan Robb, her sister-in-law Emmy Skripek and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Cecilia and brothers, Bob, Bill, Ray and John.

Mary was born in Chicago and moved to Finch Lake in 1970. She worked at The Dowagiac Daily News, as circulation manager and also worked at the Edward Lowe Foundation. s an expression of sympathy donations may be made to Wings of Hope Hospice, 530 Linn St., Allegan, MI 49010.
