After organizing a successful cleanup day in downtown Niles and Riverfront Park on Sunday, Gary Grathwohl said it is time for another.

The Niles resident is looking for volunteers to help finish cleaning up Riverfront Park this weekend.

If there is time, Grathwohl said he would focus on sprucing up other parks around Niles.

The second cleanup effort will begin at noon Sunday. Check-in will take place at the boat launch area in Riverfront Park just south of the Broadway Bridge.

Around 30 people came to the first cleanup, which focused on downtown Niles and Riverfront Park.

Grathwohl said he hopes to get groups of volunteers, like church groups, school groups or boy scouts to help out.
