Dylan Woodcox passed away in the arms of his loving mom and dad. Dylan went to be with Jesus to receive his angel wings, Friday evening at Riley Hospital for Children. Though Dylan wasn’t here on earth for very long, he touched many lives and was loved very deeply by his family.

Dylan was born Jan. 26, 2015, to Darren and Elizabeth (Penter) Woodcox in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dylan is survived by his parents, a brother, Colin G. Woodcox, a sister, Ainsley R. Woodcox, maternal Grandparents, Robert F. and Nancy C. (Brundydge) Penter, Paternal Grandparents, Bruce N. and Mary J. (Chandler) Woodcox, Uncles, Scott (Rachel) Penter, Jonathan (Susan) Woodcox, Aunt Stephanie Woodcox and cousin Brody Penter.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 22, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 6:30 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, IN 46561. A funeral mass will be held Thursday, April 23 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 225 South Mill Street, Mishawaka, Indiana, with Father Fisher officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola, Indiana. The families preferred memorial contribution will be for a red wagon to be donated to Riley Hospital for Children in Dylan’s name. Donations may be left here at the funeral home in Dylan’s memory.
