NEW BUFFALO — Visiting Buchanan swept New Buffalo in BCS Athletic Conference West Division baseball 17-2 and 14-4 Tuesday.

The Bucks (8-1) took advantage of 10 Bison errors in the opening game.

Jarrett Thomas (4-0) tossed a four-hitter with four strikeouts.

Dalton Riddle had a pair of doubles and two RBIs, while Alex Lindamood, Austin Hall, Gavin Morris and Chad Adkerson all doubled. Lindamood drove in three runs, while Hall, Morris and Kyle Leazenby all finished with a pair of RBIs.

In the nightcap, the Bucks had nine hits, including doubles by Leazenby and Adkerson. Leazenby and Riddle both drove in two runs.

Riddle (2-1) tossed a three-hitter with 11 strikeouts and just one walk.
