Buchanan rallies to beat Lake Michigan Catholic

Buchanan had to overcome an early deficit to remain in the thick of the BCS Athletic Conference West Division title chase Friday night.

The Bucks (9-1, 3-1 West) trailed visiting Lake Michigan Catholic 13-9 after one quarter.
Buchanan got it offense rolling in the second quarter and outscored the Lakers (5-3, 2-3 West) 32-18 over the final three quarters to pick up a 43-31 victory.
Brooke Wesner led the Bucks with 14 points, while Selica Jones added 11.
Lake Michigan was led by Nicole Visin’s eight points.
