The Edwardsburg Leos are presenting “Dinner in the Dark” at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 13 at the Presbyterian Church’s fellowship hall.

Cost is $15 per person.

The Leos have enjoyed going to the District Convention each year and to cover costs they have decided they would do this “once in a lifetime for many” to feel what it would be like to not be able to see.

Lion Clubs all over the world are about sight, something many of people take for granted.

“We hope you will come for one amazing evening and invite your family and friends to come along too,” Lions Club President Tanda Stiffler said.

Tickets are pre-sold and can be purchased from Leo Lion Advisor Amy Anderson, Stiffler or any Leo. Dinner will include salad, chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls and dessert.

The Leos will serve guests and assist them with helping to tell them where the food is on their plate so they can work around the plate.

The Leos are asking the community to consider supporting the youth on their service project.

“We are confident these Leos will follow in service projects in their community wherever they are,” Stiffler said.
