Earl E. Couch 59 of Niles, and formerly of Constantine, Michigan, died Friday, Jan. 9, 2015 at his home following an extended illness. He was born on Jan. 25, 1956, in LaGrange, Ind. the son of Henry E. and Sylvia M. (Pridgeon) Couch.

Married to Diana L. Carpenter on Nov. 1, 1986, in Sturgis, Mich. She died on Nov 30, 1995. He then married Janice Woolverton and they were later divorced.

Niles, Mich. resident since 1995 coming from Constantine, Mich. He was a truck driver for North American Forest Products of Edwardsburg, Robert Weed Plywood of Bristol, and P&P Trucking of Constantine. Attended Mason Baptist Church. Member of the South Bend RC Plane Club. He enjoyed flying his model planes, small engine repairs, fishing, boating, and go-carts.

He is survived by his son; Casey E. (Jessica N.) Couch of Niles; mother, Sylvia M. Couch of Howe, Indiana; two sisters, Mary couch of LaGrange, Paula (Royal) Wessels of Sturgis; brother, Kenneth (Barbra) Couch of Tucson, Arizona; three grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren. Stepchildren; Brian, Todd, and Andy Brouse, Kerri, Jody, Kelly, Traci Woolverton, and Kim Shively. Also, survived by several nieces and nephews. Preceded in Death by his wife and father.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday at the Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon, Mich. where services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 15 with Rev. Greg Long Pastor of the Sturgis Baptist Church officiating. Internment will take place in Peek Cemetery in Florence Township. Donations may be directed to the family of Grace Hospice.
