Gracie Bunge passed away peacefully on Dec. 1, 2014, at age 82.

Gracie was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, cousin and friend to many.

Gracie’s strong faith was always a beacon for her family. Her giving nature touched many lives and she brought out the best in those around her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Marty, sons Gregory (Lisa) and Michael, daughter Dina Musselmann (David), and four precious grandchildren (Elizabeth Bunge, Colby, Justin and Katie Musselmann).

Gracie was born in southern Michigan to Clarence and Ida Easton and was a sister to Elmer Easton (Selma). She eventually moved to Chicago where she met her husband Marty, then later moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1963.

Her love of children guided her into education where she spent many years teaching children with special needs. After retiring, she later served children through the MOPS program at La Casa de Cristo Lutheran Church in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Friends and family are invited to join a celebration of life service at La Casa de Cristo Lutheran Church, 6300 E. Bell Road in Phoenix, AZ 85252 on Dec. 10, 2014, at 1 p.m., followed by a lunch reception. Memorial donations can be designated to La Casa de Cristo memorial funds/ MOPS.
